Khashminie Overly
Khashminie began her journey at Equality in the Summer of 2017, as an 8th Grade Science and Living Environment teacher. Her passion has always been in Education and her goal is to foster a learning environment where all scholars are supported academically, socially, and emotionally. In this environment, data plays a key role in monitoring and evaluating the needs of each scholar. She believes that culturally relevant teaching and 21st-century skills are imperative as grounding goals to promote success. As an instructional leader at Equality Charter School, she is passionate about bringing these skills to current and future educators thereby creating scholar-centered approaches in all classrooms.
