Iraisa Jones is a passionate and ever curious business partner with a focus on everything “People”. With over 15 years of great experiences with various industries and environments, Iraisa continuous to be excited by the world of HR and its many facets.

In her most recent role, Iraisa served as Chief People Ofcer for C Space, a global market research agency supporting household names across the globe. Iraisa was responsible for the company’s people function leading talent across North America and EMEA.

Before joining C Space, Iraisa worked with the phenomenal group of founders of Vindex and served as their inaugural HR leader in charge of building the holding company’s HR function and leading all people initiatives across the parent and subsidiaries. Iraisa has also held People senior partner roles with American Cancer Society, Charter Communications and Genting Corporation.

Iraisa holds a bachelor’s degree from Hunter College (CUNY) in Psychology and has continued her education with Cornell University and The Wharton School at Penn University. In addition, Iraisa has dedicated her time to serving on board of directors and volunteering with organizations supporting youth and marginalized groups.

Iraisa and her partner reside in New Jersey with her teenage daughter and a handful Cavachon. Iraisa absolutely loves traveling and learning other cultures.
